• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Midlands
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement
• Understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities as required

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within technical, industrial, or solution-based environments
• Strong knowledge of the Midlands market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel within the Midlands
• Full UK driving licence preferred
