We are seeking an established coaching professional who is ready to make a big change in their own life and who has the leadership skills to guide others through real life transformations. While direct coaching and mentorship is an important part of this role, marketing and sales are also essential aspects of success with us. The right candidate must have basic competence with these skills and be willing to continually learn and practice our methods.

We are only able to accept candidates currently residing in Australia or New Zealand. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

• 5 years of professional experience in coaching, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Ambitious self‑starter with the ability to work independently and lead others.
• Growth mindset and a genuine desire for positive transformation.
• Coachable and capable of following proven practices.
• Personable and professional communication style.
• Desire to be compensated based on performance, not through an hourly wage or salary.

Regular communication with potential clients, coaching established clients, collaborating with team members, marketing daily training and personal development to expand the global reach of our programs and events. More details will be provided upon completion of the first interview stage.
