- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals and client needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and prioritize features
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the Client Portal space
- 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly with web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across regions
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
