- Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features for a diverse client base
- Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with evolving stakeholder feedback
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is required
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
