• Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality features
• Continuously prioritize and manage the product backlog to reflect the most current client needs and business objectives
  
  Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must-have
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
