• Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gather insights and prioritize features based on client needs and market trends
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality features for clients
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and business objectives
• Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to drive strategic decision-making and enhance client experience

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that engage clients effectively
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
