Whatis the role about?
The Business Development Manager – LNG & Marine will drive strategic growth by expanding Endress+Hauser’s market presence, increasing revenue, and strengthening key customer relationships within the LNG and Marine sectors. This role will collaborate with leadership, global sales teams, and representative partners to identify and secure high‑value projects, enhance customer engagement, and align business strategies across regions. - Work cross‑functionally with international Sales Centers and Production Centers to ensure seamless global account coverage, fostering collaboration and consistency in customer engagement.
- Lead and mentor a select team of territory sales representatives, equipping them with the industry expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic guidance needed to drive market penetration and customer success.
- Develop and execute targeted account growth strategies, analyzing key customer spending patterns, identifying opportunities for formal agreements, and securing long细t partnerships.
- Deliver high‑impact executive‑level presentations and facilitate technology and account reviews, effectively communicating Endress+Hauser’s value proposition and positioning the company as a trusted partner in LNG and Marine.
You will have (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience in the LNG and Marine industry, or 10+ years of industry experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the LNG and Marine industry.
