Sr. Revenue Operations Manager (Sales Systems & Forecasting)

As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager (Sales Systems & Forecasting) who will serve as the dedicated Rev Ops partner for our sales leadership team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in high‑growth SaaS environments and excels at managing data, processes, and systems to empower sales performance.

This individual contributor will be the go-to resource for sales leaders—responsible for Hub Spot CRM management, workflow optimization, pipeline reporting, forecast management, sales reporting, and commission administration. Leveraging AI‑driven insights and automation, this role will help scale sales operations, improve efficiency, and ensure sales leadership has accurate, actionable information at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Workflow Management:
    Build, refine, and automate Hub Spot workflows to streamline sales processes for reps and SDRs
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Create, monitor, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on sales rep and SDR performance
  • Sales Support:
    Act as the primary point of contact for sales leaders on Rev Ops needs, from pipeline visibility to ad hoc reporting
  • CRM Ownership:
    Manage and optimize our Hub Spot CRM for our Sales team to ensure data integrity, accurate configuration, and smooth daily operations
  • AI Integration:
    Incorporate AI tools into workflows and data analysis to improve forecasting accuracy, manage lead flow, enhance workflow filtering, and accelerate decision‑making
  • Pipeline & Forecasting:
    Own pipeline reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency for sales leadership
  • Trend Analysis:
    Track sales data trends and proactively surface AI‑enhanced insights that help sales leaders make data‑driven decisions
  • Commissions:
    Own the monthly commissions process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for all sales team members
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with the shared data team to ensure consistent definitions, clean datasets, and scalable reporting infrastructure
  • Optimization:
    Identify gaps and continuously improve tools, processes, and metrics to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience with Hub Spot CRM, including building workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within SaaS or high‑growth environments
  • Strong expertise in pipeline reporting and forecast management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership
  • Experience managing sales commissions and incentive compensation programs
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI‑powered tools for lead flow management, workflow automation, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Detail‑oriented and data‑driven mindset with a passion for process improvement
  • Ability to thrive as a self‑starter and individual contributor, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with a service‑oriented approach toward supporting sales leaders
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven tools and advanced analytics to enhance GTM performance
