AboutThe Role
As part of the Product Management people leadership team, you are responsible for the growth and development of the Product Managers you lead. Instilling in them the core tenets of Product Management at Thomson Reuters while delivering against your own objectives for the year. You’ll work closely with design and engineering to solve customer problems you’d tackle during the end‑to‑end product life cycle.
This role will be responsible for both developing a strategy to grow existing products and leading new product development efforts. Through your leadership, you'll leverage your technical expertise to identify setbacks and roadblocks within a project and generate solutions for resolving them quickly, build and manage a product team, recruit the best‑suited PMs, and evaluate feedback from support teams to identify product errors and gaps.
a Manager, Product Management, You Will
- Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities, trends shaping the audit market, relevant user personas, and developing technologies and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Build world‑class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product and maintaining the product roadmap, and partnering closely with the dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.
- Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership for a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues.
- Build, manage, and lead a world‑class team of product managers. You will lead a team to define and deliver significant strategic initiatives.

- Experienced Product Management Professional
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting) preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of practicing audit experience
