• Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high‑quality features
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with evolving client needs
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making and enhance client experience

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation within the Client Portal space
