- Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather insights and deliver high‑quality features
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and aligning it with evolving client needs
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future development efforts
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must‑have
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
