• Establish and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction
• Leverage insurance expertise to ensure product offerings meet the diverse needs of clients across various regions
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement across multiple groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
