Product Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Product Manager to join our startup team!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a startup environment, with experience developing and launching successful products.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product development process and will have ownership of the product roadmap.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve company goals.

Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features and functionality are developed according to requirements and timelines.

Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and product specifications.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and implement changes to improve user experience and business metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of developing and launching successful products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Strong technical background is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

or - At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced environment.
