What does it take to be successful in this role?
  • Strong knowledge in employer sponsored insurance product offerings and plan designs.
  • Proven ability to interpret and work with employer insurance contacts and service agreements.
  • Ability to influence and guide internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Aflac products, onboarding standards, and policy/procedure frameworks.
  • Experience with executive level reporting & escalation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work virtually with cross‑functional business units and vendors to support the customer’s needs.
Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree In a related field
  • 4 or more years of job‑related experience
  • Experience working directly with customers and employees.
  • Knowledge and experience related to employer provided insurance products, and supporting client implementations.

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
  • Assist with process improvements by refining workflows, supporting team development, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to enable efficient change adoption.
  • Reviews and audits client onboarding materials and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established standards.
  • Delivers training and updates on tools, processes, and policy changes to the implementation team.
  • Maintains and revises team tools and documentation by coordinating updates with internal partners.
  • Keeps account service procedures current and ensure accurate reference materials.
  • Reviews workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical adjustments.
  • Investigate service issues, determine root causes, and propose solution for resolution.
  • Support Implementation Managers and Account Executives with analysis of non‑standard benefits or processes.
  • Escalates complex customer plan design issues and tracks them through resolution.
  • Assist with finalist meetings, client onboarding, and system rollouts by preparing and presenting materials.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., IT, operations) on requirements gathering, testing, and regression analysis, and other business needs as required.
  • Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing to support smooth implementation delivery.
  • Participates in customer meetings when needed, to address feedback or process improvements.
  • Performs other related duties as required
