Job Title: Sales Operations Manager (Remote)
Location: LATAM / South Africa
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support their Sales and Operations teams by driving operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems, reporting, and sales contracting workflows. This role is critical to scaling a consistent and efficient services sales motion.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the operational backbone for the Sales team, ensuring consistency across pipeline management, CRM hygiene, deal execution, and forecasting
Partner with Sales leadership to improve sales processes, deal workflows, pricing approvals, and forecast accuracy
Own Hub Spot as the primary CRM for Sales, including pipelines, deal stages, custom properties, workflows, automations, and data hygiene
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline health, win rates, sales cycle length, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance
Support weekly and monthly sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting
Own and maintain sales contract templates, ensuring they are current, standardized, and aligned with internal policies
Manage contract redlining and approval processes, partnering with Sales leadership and external counsel as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Delivery to ensure deals are accurately scoped, forecasted, and operationally sound
Document and maintain sales operations processes, playbooks, and SOPs to support clarity and scale
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales operations, including CRM, reporting, and contracting workflows
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk–adjacent roles, ideally in a services-based or agency environment
Strong, hands-on experience with Hub Spot, including CRM configuration, reporting, workflows, and data governance
Experience managing sales contracts, including templates, redlines, and approval workflows
Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high-stakes deal processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Legal teams
Process-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable systems
Nice to Have
Experience supporting sales teams in professional services, consulting, or agency environments
Familiarity with services pricing, scoping, MSAs, SOWs, and change order workflows
Experience working with external legal counsel or internal legal review processes
Exposure to broader Rev Ops tooling or contract lifecycle management systems
