For our client in the diagnostics industry, we are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist (m/f/d).
Our Commercial Operations Team acts as a link between business objectives and commercial processes within the supply chain. The team ensures smooth order processing and commercial excellence in daily collaboration with internal and external customers, thereby contributing to a holistic approach (end-to-end supply chain).

Tasks & Responsibilities- Order processing in SAP R/3, on-time release and monitoring of deliveries, invoicing, as well as backorder management
- Processing written orders in DE/FR/IT/EN as well as taking phone orders and general customer support in DE (FR/IT/EN)
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints on logistics topics, including monitoring and evaluations, identifying trends, and initiating corrective measures
- Processing customer orders, inquiries, complaints including claim management (DE/FR/IT/EN)
- Ensuring contract management
- Shortage management in collaboration with product management
- Organizing transportation
- Managing customer master data
- Entering and maintaining material master data
- Commercial education and/or completed studies (business administration/supply chain) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in order processing / customer service / sales organization
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and diligent working style in complex organizations
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage) and good command of MS Office (Google Suite is an advantage) + IT tools
- Fluent German and French or Italian (written and spoken); any additional language (English, Italian, French) is an asset
