is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the TD Insurance Innovation team, you will help to deliver high-priority strategic projects for TD Insurance and lead the firm’s innovation strategy.
You'llhelp the team keep their fingers on the pulse ofcutting-edgetechnology, newfintechsandinsurtechs, as well as disruptive apps and businesses that are gaining attention in the insurance,bankingand tech spaces.

Able to analyze data using Excel and present it to senior leaders in visually appealing ways using
Powerpointand/or other similar tools. (Proficiency in Excel and Powerpointare important!);
Comfortablepresentingto/in front of executives and seniormanagement;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currentlyenrolled in an
undergraduate degree
inUser Experience/Design, Design,Analytics, Data, Business/Commerceor related field
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position is a 4-month work term and willcommence
May4th–August 21st, 2026.
