The OpportunityAs a Performance Analyst, you’ll help shape the future of metering operations by turning insights into action. You’ll work across settlements and meter health to improve energy performance and support our journey towards an Electric Britain. The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term position, with a starting salary of at least £35,600 per annum and the potential for an annual bonus. It is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and attend our Exeter office as required.
WhoYou Are
- Experience with in at least one of the following areas: electricity settlements (NHH or HH), electricity metering, or industry dataflows
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of the energy industry, including customer needs and regulations
- Experience in small or medium‑sized projects and common delivery approaches (e.g. Agile)
- Ability to create and manage healthy relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Competence in data manipulation and tools to turn data into stories
- Evaluate processes to identify improvements for settlement performance
- Analyse large data sets and summarise findings into actionable insights
- Support investment cases for initiatives that enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data exceptions
- Drive process transformation through automation and standardisation
