We’re looking for a highly organised Audit & Compliance Coordinator to support our Business Management System (BMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) within a people‑focused, multi‑disciplinary property and construction consultancy with a proud history dating back to 1935.

The RoleWe’re now looking for an Audit & Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in maintaining and improving our Business Management System (BMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
This is a varied and important position, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, systems, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Audit & Compliance Manager and wider team
- Managing document control, professional body certificates, portals, and quality standards enquiries
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and arranging travel and accommodation
- Supporting audits (internal and external) related to BMS and ISMS standards
- Working closely with IT on onboarding, supplier questionnaires, equipment procurement, and device rollouts
- Coordinating client feedback questionnaires and sharing insights across the practice
- Supporting subcontractor and sub‑consultant compliance processes
- Tracking vulnerabilities, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives using ISMS tools
- Acting as a central point of contact for audit and compliance activities
- Contributing ideas and insights to team meetings, inductions, and practice-wide initiatives
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work accurately under pressure
- Previous administration experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Construction industry knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
