Business Development Manager

With strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in the next phase of expansion.

The Role This is a high-impact, autonomous role suited to a commercially astute individual who thrives on building relationships and opening new doors.

You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle — from identifying and developing opportunities, through to onboarding new clients and building long-term partnerships. You'll be trusted to lead conversations, uncover value and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking and inbound leads
Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships
Lead commercial discussions and present tailored solutions
Manage opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within set timelines Requirements

An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Commercially minded with a hunger for opportunity and value creation
Confident leading client and stakeholder conversations
Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven
Energised by both client success and business growth
Comfortable working with autonomy in a fast-growing environment

Experience of working within a similar role with a Sales background and a passion for building relationships. Benefits
