- Head Office: Mississauga
- Primary Territory: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Primarily work remotely but will need to visit clients or prospects, and attend in‑person team meetings in the GTA a few times a year.
- 5+ years in B2B financial sales (alternative lending, factoring, ABL, working‑capital solutions, commercial banking, leasing, merchant cash advance, or adjacent).
- Proven success selling to owners/CFOs/VP Finance in SMB/mid‑market.
- Strength in referral development and partner enablement; comfortable with lunch‑and‑learns and co‑marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Existing COI network in the GTA (CPAs, commercial bankers, brokers).
- Understanding of credit/risk fundamentals and deal documentation.
- Experience in target verticals (Staffing, Manufacturing, Import Distribution, Food Services, Oil & Gas services).

- Decision Makers: Typically senior leadership (VP/Director level) or business owners (C‑suite)
- Sales Cycle: 1‑4 weeks
- Target Factoring Clients Size: $250,000 to $1 million
- Client Revenue Range: $1M to $50M annuallyli>

- Occasional overnight travel is required, occurring 2‑3 times a year
