Sales Manager Online

What you will do
You will join Sales Team Haier Europe on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region. As Sales Manager Online you need to be passionate, proactive, self‑driven and motivated to join a team of open‑minded individuals. You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.
Responsibilities
Manage key customers within online sales scope focusing on Pure player (Amazon) and Click and mortar channels;
Coordinate and manage a team of three key account managers;
Definition of annual budget and commercial agreements;
High interaction with marketing and operations to ensure end to end processes;
Set promo plan for managed accounts;
Define together with marketing advertising strategy;
Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;
Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;
Taking a proactive approach to account management;
Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.
Must have
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field
Professional
Experience:
4–5 years of experience in Online market preferable Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market
Technical
Skills:
Online market knowledge with focus on Amazon
Soft Skills:
Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross‑functional activities
Entrepreneurship skills towards target achievements and problem solving
Team working
Languages:
Fluent in English and Italian
