DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - CCL, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - NORTHEAST (REMOTE)

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + commissions
Territory: NY or New England

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Business Development who shares our values and is committed to success. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director will aggressively sell business to the Behavioral Health sector, generating leads and developing prospects in their assigned region.

The successful candidate will work with urgency, listen to clients, and understand their current and future dining needs. The Director will educate prospects on the benefits of working with CCL, clearly establishing the value of our services and how we are distinguished from competitors.

• Actively prospect, nurture and develop opportunities
• Sell business and meet financial quotas
• Develop a strategic business plan to direct new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations and prospect communication
• Update and maintain prospect database of contacts and sales activity
• Attend conferences as necessary
• Travel extensively

• Ability to prospect and develop the market and territory
• Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and communicate effectively
• Build and foster relationships with individuals at all levels, representing the Culinary Services Group, Unidine & Coreworks culture and brand
• Understand financials and meet financial quotas
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development role in the food service management industry
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in assigned territory
• Bachelor’s Degree required
