• Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews and feedback loops to understand decision-making processes
• Define and evolve product strategy aligned with customer value and business goals
• Partner with engineering and design to explore multiple solution paths and maintain a balance between discovery and delivery
• Track success metrics and analyze product performance for continuous improvement
• Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and opportunity hypotheses

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of product economics and trade-offs
• Demonstrated strength in product discovery, customer research, and insight synthesis
• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous domains

• Experience in financial markets, trading platforms, market intelligence, or analytics tools
• Familiarity with continuous discovery, lean product development, and outcome-based planning
• Exposure to data platforms, APIs, real-time systems, or data visualizations
• Knowledge of agriculture, commodities, or energy markets
