Sr Associate, Service Ops

• Manage field-focused tasks supporting field operations managers and mechanics
• Support documentation and scheduling of repair services based on contractual requirements
  
  Track safety protocols and coordinate follow-up on safety testing requirements
• Manage customer billing and assist in inventory review and cleanup
• Enter and track purchase orders, resolve vendor issues, and manage data in iPhone applications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop relationships with customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
• Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based software
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills

• Experience in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols in the service industry
• Previous experience in billing and inventory management
