AboutThe Role
We're looking for a Head of Account Management who enjoys building strong relationships and working collaboratively to help customers achieve great outcomes. If you're passionate about the construction sector and comfortable navigating a mix of Major Private Clients and Public bodies, this could be a rewarding next step.
What you'll be doing- Leading our approach to customer relationships, making our customers feel supported and well understood.
- Reaching out to new customers and developing fresh partnerships that align with our strengths and values.
- Working closely with colleagues across bids, commercial, operations and delivery to help shape clear, compelling proposals.
- Supporting the customer journey through delivery, ensuring a smooth experience from initial engagement through to project completion.
- Offering guidance on Private and Public sector procurement routes and contract models.
- Experience in account management or business development within the Building sector.
- A solid understanding of Major Private and Public sector procurement and how different contract models work in practice.
- A collaborative style, and the ability to build trust with both customers and internal teams.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to listen, understand and support client needs.
- Smart working, giving you more flexibility such as staggered start and finish times, with up to 40% remote working, where roles allow.
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
