- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align on goals and outcomes
- Leverage data and insights to inform engagement strategies and maintain CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a SaaS company
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value
- Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms
- Experience in a dynamic environment, balancing proactive engagement with data-driven decision‑making
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and create long-term partnerships
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in aligning customer goals with business outcomes
- Familiarity with metrics to guide decisions and prioritize actions effectively
- Adaptability and proactivity in anticipating challenges and improving processes
