Job OverviewAre you a relationship builder, problem solver, or critical thinker? If so, we need you on our team. At Edward Jones, we call our field associates branch teams. Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone – the first face they see when they walk in the door.
Your most important responsibility is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems, but you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor work together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. Support Provided- Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer mentor.

- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

- Part‑time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12‑month measurement period are eligible for:

- Hiring Minimum: $26.10
- Hiring Maximum: $28.26
