Russell Tobin is a global recruitment and talent advisory business with teams based in 13 countries. We support large global clients. Our EMEA team is currently looking to hire an Account Manager to work on some of our most important client accounts. Our clients are some of the biggest names in the technology, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors.

This is a key client-facing role, serving as the first point of contact for hiring managers, supplier partners, and our temporary contractors.

The role can offer the opportunity to be based in any of our European locations: UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.

What you’ll do:
  • Support contract recruitment process for some of the biggest brands, globally
  • Build effective relationships with MSP partners and end clients to expand opportunities
  • Oversee candidate management, shortlist selection and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews and manage high-volume requisitions
  • Monitor compliance, time approvals, and assignment lifecycle
  • Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Provide training and client support on VMS processes
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of client account management and contract recruitment experience
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
    Fieldglass/Beeline experience is a big plus
  • Experience supporting Fortune 500/1000 organisations is preferred

Ideal applicants will have a track record of success partnering with MSPs and working on high volume, fast‑paced client accounts.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English; knowledge of any other European language would be advantageous.
