Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients.

Compensation

  • Private firm sharing success through discretionary and variable compensation, including branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
  • Low salary tiers shown below; merit‑based increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Hiring Minimum: $21.38

Hiring Maximum: $23.14

Role Requirements
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the financial advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
