Remote Operations Consultant

$24 - $30/hour

We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to partner with businesses in improving their operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. You will evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that align with business goals. • Analyze operational processes, including supply chain, production, and service delivery
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across departments
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct operational audits and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with overall business objectives
• Support implementation of ERP systems, automation tools, and workflow redesigns
• Monitor progress of operational changes and adjust strategies as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or business operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives
• Proficiency with ERP systems, workflow tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
