The Business Development Manager is an experienced sales professional specializing in software operation and maintenance services for manufacturing processes. The role requires strategic thinking, high‑level negotiation skills and the ability to build long‑term partnerships.
Responsibilities

Develop business and attract new clients in the manufacturing sector.
Conduct market analysis in the technical sector and other industries to identify optimal solutions for potential clients.
Utilize a professional network to strengthen partner relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Design and implement comprehensive solutions in remote support and quality control.
Audit current client processes and provide recommendations for optimization and increased efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery and collaborate with the IT department to provide feedback and prompt client support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or Management.
Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience in the software manufacturing sector.
Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, a well‑developed professional network, and confidence in negotiating with company leadership.

Experience with comprehensive solutions in training, remote support and quality control.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose optimal solutions for clients.
Professional or native‑level proficiency in Italian and English.
