Position: Senior National Account Manager (Permanent)

The role
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role with full ownership of key UK grocery accounts. You’ll lead joint business planning, manage P&L, shape category strategy, and build long-term customer partnerships that deliver sustainable growth — not short-term wins at any cost.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations and our Purpose team to make sure commercial decisions stack up and stay true to who we are.

You’ll be:

Owning P&L and driving profitable growth across national grocery accounts
Developing and delivering joint business plans that customers actually buy into
Leading category-led, insight-driven conversations with senior retail stakeholders
Managing trade spend, promotions and forecasts with commercial discipline
Partnering with Marketing on campaigns that build brand and rate of sale
Building strong internal relationships to get things done properly
Representing Cafédirect as a credible, values-led category partner

You’re probably:

An experienced NAM or SNAM with UK grocery multiple experience
Commercially confident and comfortable owning the numbers
Strong at building relationships and influencing at all levels
Data-literate, organised, and decisive
Motivated by ethical business, sustainability and long-term impact
Someone who likes challenge, autonomy and doing things better
