Product Manager – Road & Compact Equipment – UK Home Based with travel
A main UK dealer, specialising within Road & Compact Equipment, are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong ability in providing expert product advice, recommending solutions and being the "go to" for your area of expertise - Road & Compact Equipment.

Discounts Platform The Product Manager will be responsible for:
Provide expert product advice on machine applications, performance, specifications, and pricing to support sales and customer requirements
Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions
Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments
Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options
The successful Product Manager will have:
Experience in the Road/Compact/Heavy Plant Equipment sector - essential
Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools
Well-organised and systematic in approach to tasks
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
