Business Development Manager – Engineering & Technical

We’re looking for a driven individual to join our Vancouver head office business, to play a key role delivering our bespoke services to both new and existing clients. This position offers huge potential in an established territory we have serviced for over 10 years.

• Achieve a minimum annual target of $300,000 in fees.
• Develop and manage a robust client base through a targeted business development plan.
• Build new relationships and manage existing client accounts.
• Negotiate fees and implement service agreements.
• Advise clients on tailored recruitment solutions.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to represent Taylor Ryan.
• Manage multiple job assignments and candidate sourcing processes efficiently.

Experience:

• 3+ years in a sales position focusing on the engineering industry.
• Other industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Construction.
• Recruitment experience is a plus.
