We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our Network Team. Your goal is to secure new site locations for InPost Parcel Lockers across the UK, driving sales and building strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and asset owners.
About the roleThe Network Team’s aim is to secure new locations for InPost Parcel Lockers across the UK. Your goal is to secure new site locations by proactively promoting the clear environmental and economic benefits of InPost products to independent business operators in your territory.
What you’ll be doing- Promote InPost services, drive and own the progress of the sales pipeline from lead qualification to contract negotiation and signing.
- Drive network growth in your territory, getting our Lockers and PUDO’s into more amazing locations.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with landlords, asset managers, property managers and other stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
- Use a combination of warm leads and your own lead generation to close sales with landlords, asset managers and property managers.
- Use analytics tools to guide decision making and strategy.
- Analyse territory potential, track sales activities and produce performance reports.
- Coordinate sales effort with your team and other departments across the business.
- Maintain CRM with details of prospective prospects interested in InPost products, from lead qualification to signed contract, along with lockers deployment forecasts.
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Ability to clearly communicate product benefits to a variety of prospects.
- Ability to create and deliver highly engaging presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Analytical and data oriented approach to sales, utilising frameworks and tools.
- Agile and responsive – the ability to prioritise, juggle multiple opportunities and execute.
- A winning attitude and growth mindset.
- Experience and understanding of retail, e‑commerce and logistics (a bonus but not essential).
- Experience selling to property managers and landlords (a bonus but not essential).
