Responsibilities- Work within the CRM & Data team to support projects involving customer data, ensuring data protection compliance during new processing of data.
- Proactively identify, record and escalated breaches, non‑compliance and privacy risks, and assist the DPIA process across the customer department – including drafting, reviewing and managing DPIAs, DPCAs, LIAs and other required assessments or reports.
- Support the DPO in the deployment of compliance monitoring of processes, including reviews and audits.
- Support the DPO in planning and implementing communications to customer teams and suppliers to raise awareness of data protection and information security obligations and legislative changes.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer data protection queries from the customer contact centre, assisting with data subject access requests (DSARs).
- Review existing and new agreements, working with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure appropriate data protection clauses are included.
- Draft, review and manage the Privacy Notice for Customer.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or data and legal qualifications.
- Good knowledge of GDPR legislation and other data privacy and processing standards and frameworks.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in Data Protection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisational efficiency.
- Experience using the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).

Working LocationOur hybrid working approach allows some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week. Working arrangements vary by team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You must be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
