This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager – REMOTE to drive the adoption of audio AI technology across Southern Europe. Your mission will involve engaging with customers directly to ensure they successfully leverage our innovative platform, analyzing product usage to identify friction points and proposing tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.

By collaborating closely with various teams, you aim to drive commercial outcomes that contribute to lasting relationships and sustained revenue growth. Your impact will be measured by retention metrics and by the excitement and satisfaction of our clients using our cutting‑edge technology.

Accountabilities
  • Drive adoption of the audio AI platform across Southern Europe.
  • Administer onboarding and enablement tactics for various products.
  • Analyze product usage and performance to identify and address issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewals and upsells.
  • Measure success through Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in complex B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent in Italian or Spanish and English.
  • Experience with AI agents and API integrations.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue outcomes.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the Southern Europe market landscape.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
