Description
Applications are invited from experienced sustainability professionals with strong credentials to join our growing team of sustainability consultants.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage international sustainability consultancy projects in reporting, ESG assessments and ratings/indices, assurance and sustainable procurement.
- Perform gap analysis and benchmarking
- Manage ESG data, analysis and presentation
- Work closely with clients to improve their sustainability management system using a range of international standards and methodologies
- Develop, implement and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery with high precision and quality
- Develop and deliver sustainability training and workshops to clients
- Work efficiently with the global team and clients to deliver projects on time
- Actively participate in business development and marketing support
- Contribute to/independently manage sustainability workshops, training, webinars, podcasts, and blogs
- Additional responsibilities as may be required
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 7 years of prior experience in sustainability, preferably in sustainability consulting.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor or above Degree in Business Management/Sustainability/Economics/Public Relations/Law/Environment Management/Engineering or similar.
- Strong project management skills
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills, familiarity with business writing
- Strong aptitude for research, data management, statistical analysis, and presentation
- Deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI, IR, SASB, TCFD, GRESB, SBTi, DJSI, CDP, Eco Vadis, AA1000AS, PRI, ISO 14000, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001)
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced international environment with demanding and multiple deadlines
- Commitment to exceed client expectations
- Positive attitude, energetic, and resourceful
- Trustworthy, self-starter, and independent
- Multi-tasking, result-oriented, and flexible
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
