• Analyze complex reinsurance initiatives, including impact analysis and process flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reinsurance strategy across assigned projects
• Utilize business process design tools to clarify reinsurance problems and goals
• Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise reinsurance data strategy
• Support agile project management frameworks to prioritize and pace projects

• 3+ years of experience in life and/or annuity insurance and reinsurance
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics
• Project management experience, including agile and/or waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in business process design, requirements analysis, and process mapping
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools including Excel and SQL

• PMP Certification
• Financial analysis experience
• Ability to work in Python and Microsoft Access
