Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the Procurement and Supply Chain department supporting critical sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Partner with sourcing leadership and legal teams to support the separation of enterprise agreements tied to a divesting business unit.
• Analyze existing supplier agreements and identify impacted contracts, services, and obligations.
• Lead or support sourcing events for critical indirect categories, including operations, facility services, professional and corporate services, and technology.
• Develop supplier strategies that ensure continuity for both legacy and new business entities during and after separation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to align with the requirements of the new organization.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management roles, with a focus on indirect categories.
• Strong experience in technology sourcing, including SaaS, cloud services, telecom, and infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience supporting contract disentanglement, M&A transitions, or spin‑offs is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Service Now.
