- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and contracts for park-based programming
- Collaborate with partners to plan and implement recreational and cultural programs in public parks
- Coordinate community events and activities, ensuring compliance with city policies and safety standards
- Track partnership performance and prepare reports on program impact and revenue outcomes
- Job-related Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and specialized training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or program coordination
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with public sector operations, parks and recreation, or non-profit collaboration
- Ability to utilize various PC applications at an advanced level
- Experience in developing agreements that include financial terms and revenue‑sharing models
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with trends and best practices in community partnerships and recreational programming
