• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with community organizations and businesses to enhance park offerings
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and contracts for park-based programming
• Collaborate with partners to plan and implement recreational and cultural programs in public parks
• Coordinate community events and activities, ensuring compliance with city policies and safety standards
• Track partnership performance and prepare reports on program impact and revenue outcomes

• Job-related Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and specialized training
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or program coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with public sector operations, parks and recreation, or non-profit collaboration
• Ability to utilize various PC applications at an advanced level

• Experience in developing agreements that include financial terms and revenue‑sharing models
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in community partnerships and recreational programming
