• Conduct quality audits of provider claims, pre-payments, and post-payments across multiple lines of business
• Mentor and coach junior auditors while identifying training opportunities
• Analyze errors, determine root causes, and communicate findings with recommended solutions
• Prepare written reports on investigation activities and present results to senior staff
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on system enhancements or corporate projects

• Audit experience in investigating, determining, and reporting financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel and Power Point
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis within an auditing capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism and clarity
• Associate degree from an accredited institution

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with Healthcare Claims Adjudication and Claims Processing
• Willingness to handle increasing workload and responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Share Point
• ICD
  10 certification
