Key Responsibilities
As a Founders' Associate, you will act as a force multiplier for the founders, tackling the most critical projects and serving as a key operational and strategic partner. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role with a direct pathway to significant growth and a deeper understanding of building a high‑growth tech company.
Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management:
Lead high‑impact, company‑wide strategic projects, ensuring clear outcomes and timely delivery.
Operational Optimization:
Design and implement scalable processes, fix operational gaps, and enforce standards for improved efficiency.
Data‑Driven Insight:
Conduct analyses, build dashboards, and manage reporting cadences to inform leadership on resourcing, prioritization, and performance.
Executive Support:
Ensure fast, reliable execution of top‑priority initiatives for the CEO and leadership team.

What You'll Bring

Experience:

3-5 years in strategic consulting (management consulting firm or equivalent in‑house strategy role).
Sector Focus:
Ideally, you have worked with tech clients or clients in similar fast‑paced, complex environments.
Project History:
Proven experience in following and delivering complex strategic projects from inception to completion.
Attitude: A strong desire to "get your hands dirty" in a startup environment (i.e., you are willing and eager to be operational and dive into execution).
Passion:
Genuine passion for technology and its potential to disrupt traditional industries.
Education (Ideal):
Ideally holds a degree in Engineering (e.g., Management, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) or a related quantitative field.
