About the Role
As a Family Cruise Vacation Planner, you’ll help parents and families design vacations that balance relaxation and kid-friendly fun. From choosing the right ship to booking excursions, you’ll handle all the details.
Responsibilities- Recommend family-friendly cruise lines and itineraries.
- Coordinate bookings, accommodations, and onboard activities.
- Provide recommendations for excursions suitable for children.
- Support clients before and during travel.
- Monitor cruise promotions and apply offers to bookings.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
