• Provide administrative support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle
• Collect and organize RFP information and track down missing data from brokers/clients
• Assist in the implementation process for sold groups and ensure all paperwork is submitted
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance market outcomes and communication
• Maintain strong connections with internal market team members to achieve results

• Previous Sales Enablement or Project Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Client Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of group benefits and systems
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
