• Manage day-to-day responsibilities for over 50 properties on the Veritec platform, including rate management and setting discounts.
• Analyze multiple data points to inform decisions about rate changes.
• Communicate regularly with property teams and regional managers about rate management topics.
• Lead monthly meetings and quarterly training sessions for property teams.
• Assist with onboarding new properties and continuous development of the Veritec program.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of rate management experience or experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
• Ability to travel by car or airplane up to 25% of the time.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and through technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or an analytical field.
• Experience with data analysis and decision-making in a revenue management context.
• Familiarity with competitor analysis and rate setting strategies.
