Institutional Client Operations Analyst – Fisher Investments

Location:

Tampa, FL.
The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) provides asset management to a diverse client base of investors worldwide. Fisher Investments is looking for a dedicated Client Operations Analyst to support institutional investors across multiple regions and investment strategies.

The Opportunity

The Client Operations Analyst works directly with Asset Management Sales and Client Service Relationship Managers, international institutional clients, custodians, and internal teams to onboard and maintain accounts for international institutional investors. The role reports to the Team Leader and includes process improvement and project management responsibilities.

The Day-to-Day
  • Manage onboarding of new institutional segregated and fund accounts in the Americas and APAC regions.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on international institutional funds and separately managed accounts.
  • Assist Relationship Managers with complex client service requests.
  • Create, develop, document, and implement workflows and process improvements.
  • Understand and document nonstandard operational issues of accounts trading in international markets.
  • Coordinate with custodians to support institutional accounts and lead contract negotiations.
  • Understand and monitor compliance issues in the international institutional industry.
  • Communicate detailed account information to senior company members.
  • Support the Team Leader with ongoing team development.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4–5 years professional experience in the financial services industry; APAC client experience helpful.
  • Familiarity with securities, financial markets, and institutional account types.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Project management experience, ability to adjust workload based on priority, and passion for process improvements.
  • Responsible, detail‑oriented, and internally motivated.
