- Review existing client relationships to implement best practices for management and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and enhance client satisfaction
- 15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience within enterprise-level technology clients
- Proven ability to optimize large-scale, distributed environments in contact center operations
- Demonstrated success in influencing and managing within matrix organizations
- Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of combining vision, strategy, and tactics to achieve organizational growth
- Ability to galvanize teams and inspire collaboration towards a shared vision
- Strong understanding of sales processes and financial metrics related to service delivery
