Position Overview

Embassy Homecare Services is seeking a dependable and people-centered Client Services & Staffing Liaison to support client recruitment, caregiver coordination, and service quality monitoring.

This role serves as the key connection between clients, caregivers, and company leadership—ensuring smooth communication, consistent follow-up, and high standards of care.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident managing both client relationships and caregiver accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services & Relationship Management
    • Receive and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required information
    • Conduct periodic home visits to clients for check-ins, service reviews, and support
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
    • Report client concerns, service issues, or changes in care needs to management
  • Staffing Coordination & Monitoring
    • Serve as a point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules, assignments, and expectations
    • Follow up with staff to confirm attendance, performance, and job completion
    • Monitor caregiver conduct and professionalism during service delivery
    • Address minor issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary
    • Support caregiver onboarding and orientation follow-ups
  • Recruitment & Growth Support
    • Assist with recruiting new caregivers and clients
    • Conduct follow-up calls with prospective hires and clients
    • Track recruitment progress and provide updates to leadership
    • Support client retention through consistent communication and service follow-up
  • Administrative & Reporting Duties
    • Maintain accurate client and staff documentation
    • Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction and staff performance
    • Support compliance-related documentation as needed
    • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
  • Experience in homecare, healthcare, staffing, customer service, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to visit client homes
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using phone, email, and basic office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Flexible work from home options available.
